LONDON RIOTS

                                                                  ( Okten 2011)

London Riots is something that I have not heard or knew about because it might have been shown on TV or newspaper and I am not one of those kinds of people that are interested in daily news .

-          What is a riot ?
A riot is an act of protest if managed group of people then the order breaks and change into ruin other people and government possessions .

-          Why does a riot happen ?
It can happen because the people’s opinions are opposite to another decision of something in the country , or the people are not satisfied with something and want help .

-          Why did the London riot happen ?

It all started in 2011 when a black man in a suspicious circumstances was killed by the police in a protest for justice to his family as claimed in many news after that the family of the man were getting out to protest in appropriate way and it was a changed to a riot by others .Unsworth said: "We try not to be too prescriptive, but yes we have said actually that they're not protesters they're clearly rioters and looters. They are more descriptive terms and we should try and be as accurately descriptive as we can be." (Halliday 2011) , in other word the people who went out are not to protest they went out to riot . Moreover , after the riot was still going on as a looping act , "The youths had begun attacking police patrol car before the TV crew were targeted and they were withdrawn in the interests of their own safety " ( BBC 2011) in other word , youths had taken it an opportunity to make a riot , and crash shops and the people were running to collect goods .
